A few examples are shown here each one with its own challenges, but all demonstrating our passion and commitment to developing desirable, attractive and individual homes.

As you can see we have lots of experience in all areas of development. From the refurbishment of listed buildings, to development in sensitive conservation areas, dealing with contaminated land and the many other technical issues that crop up along the way.

Working with a talented and knowledgeable team of consultants we can, and do, resolve sometimes very complex problems, achieving notable planning consents, creating unique developments.

Hempsted, Gloucester

The Strawberry Field

A picturesque development nestled on the fringe of the vibrant city of Gloucester. In an area steeped in history, this delightful mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes overlooks the beautiful open countryside, with easy access to local amenities and excellent transport links to the Midlands, North and South West.

A new collection of individually designed two, three, four, and five bedroom homes situated on the periphery of sought-after Wrington. Corsham, Wiltshire

Park Place

An individually designed scheme by award winning architects, Thrive. A development of 170 homes set within a countryside setting yet close to all of the facilities of the historic market town of Corsham with excellent road and rail networks.

South Cerney, Gloucestershire

Kings Orchard

A scheme for twenty one homes in the conservation village of South Cerney, overlooking the Cotswold water park, designed to fit the village vernacular receiving both a National Housing Design Award both for design and subsequently for its built form.

Bath, Somerset

The Elms

A stylish scheme of just eight Georgian villas set in their own grounds, around the existing building, The Elms.

The design and layout was dictated by the many specimen trees on site and the prominent location of the site. The units were constructed in the traditional style, using bath stone throughout.

Christian Malford, Chippenham

Woodlands

A village scheme of just nine detached homes, on what was once part of a quarry.
The careful selection of materials and references to the local style has resulted in a most spacious and appealing scheme, achieving premium values.

Ashleworth, Gloucestershire

Nup End Green

A stylish development of just thirty-five homes located in the picturesque Village of Ashleworth.
A superb village location with a vibrant community and excellent access to Gloucester/M50 and beyond.

Portishead, North Somerset

The Priory

This involved the demolition of an existing 1960’s vicarage and the design of fifteen new homes opposite the historic grade I parish church opposite, within the conservation area of Old Portishead.
A clever and sympathetic approach to its setting and an historic badger sett produced a scheme of great character and appeal.

Sully, Vale of Glamorgan

Smithies Avenue

A small development of just two bespoke houses in the village of Sully, in the Vale of Glamorgan, where we have built a number of schemes over the years.

The challenging design, created by C Loyn & Co, managed to create two spacious homes on a tight site overlooking the village playing fields and out towards  the Bristol Channel.

Original in design and a challenge to build the homes are a delight, open, light and incorporating the latest in sustainable materials and innovation.

Bath

Bailbrook Gate

Overlooking the Limpley Stoke valley, with exceptional views these five, truly impressive and individual homes, were designed to reflect their agricultural setting. All constructed with natural stone and traditionally built,  the homes and landscaping have matured very well.

Bath

Solsbury Park

Located on a hill at the entrance to the World Heritage City of Bath, and within the grounds of a grade II listed building, in a highly prominent position, we eventually achieved a planning consent on appeal, for the construction of a range of over seventy homes.

Whilst taking over three –four years to achieve consent, the completed development is locally highly regarded and where premium values are achieved.

Sherborne, Dorset

Sherborne House

A challenging project involving the complete renovation of a Grade I listed building including the repair and renovation of the nationally significant, Thornhill Mural, together with the other major structural repairs to ensure the long term protection of the building and mural.

The renovation attracted nation interest and was featured on the BBC’s ‘Saving Britains Heritage’.

The internal renovation will be started shortly upon approval from Historic England and the local authority.

Rodborough, Gloucestershire.

Bownham View

Set within a truly awe inspiring setting, these very special four and five bedroom homes were designed by award winning architects, BBA of Bath, providing that rare combination of individually designed new energy efficient homes within a truly stunning environment.

Sherborne, Dorset

Sherborne House Gardens

Constructed in the former walled garden of the Grade I listed 18th century Sherborne House. Redcliffe Homes were finalists in the Housebuilder Awards 2014 in the category for the best design of a new home under three storeys high at this stunning development, in the centre of Sherborne.

Urchfont, Dorset

Badelynge Yard

Close to the village duck pond and flanked by period properties, Badelynge Yard was a characterful community of 19 beautiful family homes, designed to blend seamlessly into the heart of the idyllic rural village of Urchfont. Inspired by its village setting in the Vale of The White Horse, award winning architects Boon Brown created a unique collection of two to five bedroom properties.

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Manor Farm

Manor Farm is an exclusive development comprising a range of one, two, three, four and six bedroom homes in a variety of designs, all of which are now sold.

The second phase of Manor Farm includes the painstaking restoration of the Grade II listed Rusty Shilling Farm House and the four farm cottages. The transformation of these former farm buildings and the exciting new residential scheme will complement the local architecture and preserve its appearance for future generations.

Jack’s Lea offered a delightful range of individually designed, energy efficient homes with relaxed village living in the breathtakingly beautiful Vale of White Horse.

Chippenham, Wiltshire

Brooklands

The first phase of our Rowden Park development for forty four homes involving protracted planning negotiations and lengthy litigation, including an appeal in the Court of Appeal, which ultimately released further land for development.
