Working with Communities
We are always happy to discuss our proposals with the local community and listen to their concerns, recognising that they are proud of their neighbourhood and community.
This dialogue does not stop there; when we build we have established procedures for liaising with the Community to ensure that disruption and pollution are minimised, whilst of course ensuring safety at all times.
We do as a matter of course make substantial financial contributions in respect of each of our developments to Local Authorities as our contribution towards local infrastructure and service.
These contributions have totalled approximately £6.3m in recent years.

The Redcliffe Foundation
We believe we have a responsibility to support those less fortunate than ourselves and to that end, we have established the Redcliffe Foundation.
Our Foundation will receive every year a substantial sum, based on our net profit for the year, to support a range of charitable organisations particularly focussed on disadvantaged children, the homeless, local causes and conservation.

In addition, we are happy to support local causes close to our staff's hearts. Recent donations have been made to Mencap, Aid Box Community, Disasters Emergency Committee, Youngminds and Action for Children.
