Delivering Quality Living: Reserved Matters Application Submitted for Mere

We are excited to announce that we have submitted our Reserved Matters planning application for our proposed development in Mere, Wiltshire following our site acquisition in Q1 this year.

Our proposal seeks permission for the development of 58 residential homes of which 30% are affordable on a brownfield site. The proposals offer an opportunity to deliver a high quality residential development which is sympathetic to the surrounded context of the site.

The proposals include an inclusive mix of housing types and tenures as well as wider community led benefits.
