Strong Growth and Strategic Expansion in 2025

2025 was a momentous year for Redcliffe Homes, marked by a strong growth and community impact. Our financial year ended on 31st December 2025. We achieved a turnover of £40.5m and completed 116 legal completions, including the delivery of 46 affordable homes.

Achieving this outcome required significant resilience and perseverance, and in challenging market conditions it represents a strong and favourable result.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our valued staff, subcontractors, material suppliers, conveyancing team and sales agents for their commitment and contribution throughout the year.

During the year we acquired sites at Mere, Castle Cary and Dilton Marsh. In addition, we now have four sites under contract at advanced stages of planning at Cromhall, Holt, Chippenham and Durrington.

We are grateful to our legal advisors and consultants for their continued support and expertise in progressing these developments.

We are actively seeking further opportunities for immediate land acquisitions with planning permission for schemes of 25–100 plots across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire (Vale of the White Horse), Somerset and Wiltshire.

Looking ahead, 2026 is expected to be a pivotal year as new developments come forward - an exciting time ahead.
