Land News - Cromhall

We are excited to announce that we received our Full Detailed Planning Permission (Inclusive of a signed S.106 document) from South Gloucestershire Council this week for our proposed development at ‘Land North of Church Lane, Cromhall’.

This full detailed planning permission will provide up to 47 residential units inclusive of 35% affordable housing. The site will deliver a high quality development which is sympathetic to the surrounding context of the site.
