We are excited to announce that we received our Reserved Matters Permission from Wiltshire Council this week for our proposed development at ‘Land at Woodlands Road, Mere’. This reserved matters planning permission will provide 56 residential units inclusive of 30% affordable housing on a brownfield site. The site will deliver a high-quality development which is sympathetic to the surrounding context of the site.
