Land Update - Dilton Marsh

We are excited to announce that we have submitted our Reserved Matters planning application for our proposed development in Dilton Marsh, Wiltshire following our recent acquisition in Q1.

Our proposal seeks permission for the development of 54 residential homes of which 30% are affordable. The proposals offer an opportunity to deliver a high quality residential development with an inclusive mix of housing types and tenures as well as wider community led benefits.
