Land Update - Holt

We are excited to announce that we received our Reserved Matters planning permission from Wiltshire Council this week for our proposed development at ‘Land off Melksham Road, Holt’. This will provide 55 residential units inclusive of 30% affordable housing. The site will deliver a high-quality development which is sympathetic to the surrounding context of the site.
