New Development Planner at Redcliffe Homes

Redcliffe Homes would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Development Planner David Hagan. MTCP (Hons) MRTPI

David joined Redcliffe Homes in May 2023 after previously working for Rapleys in Bristol (formally CSJ Planning before merging with Rapleys) for eight years. Prior to that he worked for two years at Persimmon Homes Wessex Ltd as a Senior Development Planner. David also worked for the Emerson Group (Jones Homes & Orbit Developments) and Taylor Young planning consultants, both in Cheshire.

David brings over 15 year’s experience working in the private sector, predominantly on residential schemes. Whilst focused on residential, David also has a wide range of experience dealing with urban regeneration & mixed-use schemes, education, leisure, industrial and commercial development, proposals affecting listed buildings and Certificates of Lawfulness. He provides Redcliffe Homes and landowners with planning and development advice on a range of issues as well as managing planning applications.

When not spending time with his two young children, David likes to go travelling and hiking in the countryside.
