Outline Planning Permission Granted for 55-Home Development North of Melksham Road, Holt

We are excited to announce that we received our Outline Planning Permission from Wiltshire Council last week for our proposed development at ‘Land north of Melksham Road, Holt’. This outline planning permission will provide up to 55 residential units (Inclusive of 40% affordable housing) with all matters reserved except for access.
