Progress at Rowden Park

We are making good progress on the infrastructure. Subject to obtaining the requisite approvals, new roundabout, roads & sewers will be complete early 2024 giving access to 423 houses.

Our current phase is nearing the end of construction and Phase 3 is programmed to commence October 2023
