Redcliffe Homes legally completes the purchase of their site in Devizes, Wiltshire.

We are excited to announce that we have legally completed on the purchase of our site in Devizes, Wiltshire.

Our Reserved Matters application has already been submitted which proposes 54 new homes of which 30% are affordable homes which will provide an inclusive mix of housing types and tenures. It offers an opportunity to deliver a high quality residential development which is integrated within the surrounding context and complemented by a central ‘Green Lung’ of open space with a +10% BNG improvement on site.

The site will be marketed as ‘Zephyr Place’ with more details coming soon.
