Redcliffe Homes shortlisted for multiple awards

We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for multiple awards that celebrate excellence in property development and community impact across the South West.

Redcliffe Homes has been named a finalist for the Community Impact Award at TheBusinessDesk’s South West Business of the Year Awards. Now in its second year, these awards recognise businesses that are innovating, thriving, and making a positive difference across the region.

Our shortlisting reflects a long-standing commitment to creating developments that put people, places, and communities first. From delivering long-awaited traffic calming measures in Old Sodbury to supporting local amenities and charities, we strive to ensure every project leaves a lasting legacy.

In 2024 alone, Redcliffe Homes donated over £168,000 to charities including Julia’s House Hospice, Save the Children, and Barnardo’s, alongside supporting local schools and community initiatives.

We are also delighted to be shortlisted in two categories at the Bristol Property Awards 2025 including Developer of the Year and Residential Development of the Year for our Dyrham View scheme in Old Sodbury.
