Reserved Matters Application Submitted for 55-Home Development in Holt, Wiltshire

We are excited to announce that we have submitted our Reserved Matters planning application for our proposed development in Holt, Wiltshire following our outline planning permission (Inclusive of a S.106 agreement) earlier this month.

Our proposal seeks permission for the development of 55 residential homes of which 40% are affordable. The proposals offer an opportunity to deliver a high quality residential development with an inclusive mix of housing types and tenures as well as wider community led benefits.
