Work begins on new homes in Castle Cary, Somerset

Construction has begun on our new housing development in Castle Cary, Somerset, following the completion of our site purchase last December. The development, The Carriages, named after the nearby railway station, will deliver 29 new homes in Castle Cary, including 30 per cent affordable housing, helping to support local housing needs while contributing to the continued growth of this historic Somerset town.

This milestone marks the start of work on site, with initial activity focusing on preparing the land and infrastructure ahead of the first phase of construction.
